This Spartan Life Rube Goldberg Machine Contest
If you are a Halo Forge freak, we need you. We're looking for a good Rube Goldberg machine, made in Halo 3. We'll use the best one submitted as the location of our next interview to be shown on Halo Waypoint in May and the winner and two runners-up will receive Halo prizes including action figures, Halo books, and signed items--all courtesy of the fine folks at Halo Waypoint.
The criteria are:
- A custom map made in Halo 3's Forge with a Rube Goldberg-style machine (search "Halo 3 Rube Goldberg" for examples)
- Make it as interesting and fun as possible.
- It must work reliably. We'll test it out to be sure it works well.
- It doesn't have to do anything in particular but a silly ending is always nice. The main characteristic of the original "Rube Goldberg machine" was that it was a very complex apparatus that achieved something very simple, like pouring a cup of tea.
- Deadline: All entries must be received via email by Sunday, April 25th at midnight, Eastern Time.
