Thanks to you Dmitri Molotov, I have been able to translate most of the key words in your post, and I am still working on a translation key.
Doing this word-by-word is not exactly what I would call "fun," but I guess that I can say it skims the surface of entertainment. :p
I have gotten so much farther than I had originally expected to, and I've realized that I have no understanding of the grammar at all.  I have, however, noticed that the Sangheili versions of English words frequently show up in similar places relative to the sentence as a whole, as in a "Wortish" word and its English counterpart will both be at the beginning of a sentence, the end, middle or whatever.
I have turned this into a long-term "I have nothing better to do right now" kind of project, but it turns out that I have been experiencing a lot of "I have nothing better to do right now" moments recently.
I'm still making progress at a steady pace, finding more words every time I look through the list, and thanks again for posting this.
